Refund policy

You may return an Qarted.com print within 14 calendar days of delivery and you will receive refund of 100% of the value of the ordered products minus the shipping cost. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and has not been used. Qarted.com print needs to be sent at the customer’s cost to the address provided on the contact page. After receiving the package the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. Please note that in case of returning only a part of the received Qarted.con prints the original shipping costs won’t be refunded. Also, our return policy is not applied to custom prints (custom prints are non-refundable).
